We believe an event’s setting can fundamentally reflect one’s nature or character. Each event brings a creative opportunity to collaborate with clients and planners, crafting experiences that illuminate the best qualities of the setting.
We craft custom cocktails for your event, based around your favorite ingredients, using locally-produced spirits and house-made bitters whenever possible. Beer, wine and cider wine-pairings are with guidance from our in-house sommelier.
Oaxaca Old Fashioned
1 1/2 oz. reposado tequila
1/2 oz. mezcal
1 tsp. agave nectar
2 dashes mole bitters
Tools: barspoon, strainer
Glass: Old Fashioned
Garnish: orange twist
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well to chill, and strain into glass filled with ice. Twist an orange peel over drink and use as garnish.

Our custom-built ironware and antique cauldrons are instrumental in creating the deep flavor profiles in our food.
We’re inspired by traditional Argentinian grilling, New England fireplace cookery and colonial cooking methods. Our custom-built Infiernillos, Asador, Rotisserie, Spits and Cauldrons allow us to apply these methods over a wide range of cooking temperatures and with a high degree of control over the details.
